Most people accept the stereotyped ways of thinking and behavior that they are accustomed to as "normal," and live unwittingly clinging to them. These patterns; karmic blockages that have been carried from past to present, ancestral transfers from generation to generation, genetic factors, experienced emotional traumas, and consequently improved perspectives and generalizations are shaped as a result of the learned patterns imposed on societies and the ideas and beliefs adopted without questioning its accuracy.
The thinking, prejudice and perspectives shaped by our choices and experiences in this life are governed by the subconscious patterns that work like a deeper software. In the part of which we are not aware of consciousness, the mind has the capacity to process information faster and has a stronger structure in terms of its broadcast to our electromagnetic field. The verbal mind, which we are aware of, constitutes only 5% of the mental plane of our being. Therefore, being in harmony and integrity with the flow of life is fundamentally related to discovering, changing, and raising awareness of what kind of networks this important part of the mind is not aware of.
When the roots of a person's health and happiness go down, we see that the awareness gained through mental transformation and adaptation to a lifestyle appropriate to the cause of existence in the universe are the most important keys. In order to discover and realize the reason for existence in the universe, a free mind rising towards pure consciousness is needed.
In order to become the master of his thoughts and behaviors, one can turn into better versions of himself through a clean mirror held by him, a guiding guide, and changes and improvements to the entire subconscious software.
The path leading to a world illuminated by generations of high awareness levels can in any case be realized primarily by mental change and transformation, and cleared of transmissive charges.
